Inspired by the native Gorse, also known as the Whin bush, famous for its bright yellow pea flowers that light up the Irish countryside, these earrings beautifully capture the essence of this iconic shrub. Cara preserves the natural beauty by letting the flowers wilt before creating a mold to cast the entire piece. This beloved symbol of Ireland has been celebrated in art and literature, notably in Patrick Kavanagh's timeless 1947 poem, A Christmas Childhood.
